Speed of Processing
Ventdesel.com processes all orders as soon as possible. In an effort to get
you your products as quickly as possible, they may be mailed in separate boxes.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping or more depending on availabiblity, some
items may need to be custom made or ordered.
We use the best and cheapest means of shipment or the one chosen by the customer.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated depending on weigth and size and
distance.To find out what your shipping cost will be, simply select the items
you want, fill out the order form and your shipping cost will be automatically
calculated and presented before the order is processed. You can then elect to
continue the order or not.
Shipping Liability
While we ship everywhere we are permitted to by law. However, due to the nature
of our products please check legal restrictions, customs fees, taxes, and restrictions
before placing orders.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to verify with your state or local government, your
ability to receive the items you have ordered. Ventdesel.com will not be responsible
for items confiscated by customs or law enforcement agencies in your location.
Duties and tariffs are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer and must be handled
at the consumer's end. Please note these charges can be substantial so we suggest
you contact your local government to determine these charges in advance.
