We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover cards, Money Orders.
We also accept valid international postal Money Orders in Japanese Yen.
Your order is processed once your payment has been confirmed / cleared.
Return Policy
1. Because of the shipping costs of our items, and the difficulty in acquiring
them, we do not offer refunds. Only a store credit toward purchases will be
given.
2. Returned merchandise will only be exchanged for similar merchandise of comparable
value.
3. All items returned to Ventdesel.com for any reason are subject to a 30% restocking
fee.
4. Return authorization numbers must be obtained from Ventdesel.com via email
(info@Ventdesel.com), for
all items that are being returned for any reason. Products that are sent to
Ventdesel.com without a valid return authorization number will be refused and
returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
5. Freight associated with returns for any reason are strictly the responsibility
of the sender. Freight paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will
be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date.
7. Products that are returned to Ventdesel.com that do not qualify for a credit
or refund will be returned to you at your expense. If an item is returned that
has been opened or used in any way it will be returned to you at your expense |
